Kelly Nedderman


Kelly Nedderman is a studio metalsmith, textile designer, and educator, based in San Francisco, California. She received her BFA from the Academy of Art University. While there, she studied textile design and fell in love with metal. This exposure to metal work would have a lasting life long effect, eventually leading her to create wearable art pieces under her own name. Kelly is also heavily focused on involvement in the arts and design community; she is the current President of the Metal Arts Guild, a non-profit whose goal is the education and support of metal artists. She is a member of the Women's Jewelry Association, AIGA, Art Jewelry Forum, and the Society of North American Goldsmiths. Her work has been exhibited internationally, most recently in exhibitions in the US, Belgium, Australia, and China. She has also been included in the book 500 Pendant and Lockets by Lark Books and the Lark Studio Series. LINKS: ---Video Profile
